[BOOK YOUR GARDEN BLUEPRINT]

A garden designed around you.

Every garden has a story.

Maybe you’re dreaming of fresh vegetables outside your kitchen door. Maybe you want herbs for everyday cooking, flowers for pollinators, or a medicinal garden inspired by generations of plant knowledge.

Or maybe you simply want to stop looking at an empty patch of yard and wondering where to begin.

Your Garden Blueprint brings those ideas together into a clear, personalized plan.

We’ll consider your:

  • Available space

  • Sun and shade

  • Existing landscape

  • Growing goals

  • Favorite foods and herbs

  • Gardening experience

  • Aesthetic preferences

  • Maintenance style

  • Seasonal growing opportunities

  • Budget and priorities

How It Works

01 — Book

Choose the Garden Blueprint package that best fits your project and schedule your consultation.

You’ll receive a short questionnaire before our visit so we can learn more about your garden, lifestyle, goals, and vision.

02 — We Visit Your Garden

We’ll meet at your property and walk the space together.

We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to grow, what you love, what isn’t working, and how you want to use the space.

We’ll also evaluate the garden’s existing conditions, including available sunlight, layout, existing plants, and opportunities for improvement.

03 — We Cultivate the Plan

After our visit, we’ll transform what we’ve learned into your personalized Garden Blueprint.

We’ll thoughtfully consider the relationship between plants, people, space, season, and purpose.

04 — Your Blueprint Arrives

Your completed Blueprint will be delivered digitally.

You’ll have a clear roadmap for moving from:

“I want a garden…”

to

“I know exactly where to begin.”

05 — Bring It to Life

Use your Blueprint to install the garden yourself, work with your preferred landscaper or gardener, or add Crown & Cultivate installation services if available.

Your garden doesn’t have to happen all at once.

We’ll help you understand what to prioritize first.

Garden Blueprint FAQ

Do I need to know exactly what I want before booking?

Not at all.

That’s part of what we’re here for.

You can arrive with a detailed vision, a Pinterest board, or simply a patch of grass and the feeling that you want something more from it.

We’ll help turn your ideas into a realistic plan.

Do you design vegetable gardens?

Yes.

Vegetable gardens are one of our specialties, and your Blueprint can include annual vegetables, perennial vegetables, herbs, fruits, flowers, and other plants that support a productive garden.

Can you design an edible landscape instead of traditional garden beds?

Absolutely.

We love integrating edible plants into the existing landscape.

Depending on your property, your Blueprint may incorporate fruit trees, herbs, edible flowers, berry bushes, vegetables, and other useful plants alongside ornamental landscaping.

Can medicinal plants be included?

Yes.

Medicinal and traditionally useful plants can be incorporated into your garden plan where appropriate.

Crown & Cultivate provides garden and horticultural guidance—not medical advice. Plant recommendations should not be interpreted as treatment or prevention of medical conditions.

Do you install the garden?

The Garden Blueprint is primarily a design and planning service.

Installation, construction, soil work, irrigation, and ongoing maintenance are not included unless specifically stated in your service agreement.

Installation services may be available separately depending on location and project scope.

Do you provide the plants?

Plant purchasing is not included in the standard Blueprint.

Your Blueprint can include a curated sourcing list to make purchasing easier. Plant availability varies by season and nursery inventory.

Can you tell me exactly how much everything will cost?

Your Blueprint can include recommended plants and materials, but actual costs may vary based on nursery pricing, plant size, availability, materials, labor, and changes made during installation.

For larger projects, we can discuss a separate project budget and sourcing plan.

What if I don’t like the design?

Your selected Blueprint package includes a specified number of revision rounds.

Minor adjustments are included. Significant changes to the original project scope, garden size, design direction, or goals may require an additional design fee.

Our goal is to collaborate with you so that the finished Blueprint feels like your garden—not someone else’s idea of one.

Can you work with an existing garden?

Absolutely.

A Blueprint can be created for a brand-new garden or used to improve an existing one.

We can help identify opportunities to reorganize, replace, expand, simplify, or add to what’s already growing.

What size garden can you design?

Garden Blueprints are available for projects ranging from small raised beds and container gardens to larger edible landscapes.

For unusually large or complex properties, we’ll determine whether a custom design package is more appropriate.

How long does it take to receive my Blueprint?

Most Garden Blueprints are delivered within 7–14 business days after the on-site consultation, depending on project complexity and the package selected.

Larger or more detailed projects may require additional time.
